What’s Inside The Lean Body Blueprint Workout? 

This 24-week program is your step-by-step guide to building a lean, toned, and healthy body. It’s broken into five targeted phases that progressively ramp up your strength, muscle tone, and fat-burning potential.

Pre-Phase (4 Weeks)

Ease into strength training with full-body workouts and a 5,000 steps/day goal. Think of this as your warm-up—getting your body ready for the incredible transformation ahead.

Volume Phase (4 Weeks)

Turn up the heat! Increase your workout intensity and daily steps to 6,000. This phase prepares you to tackle the more challenging phases to come. 

Strength Phase (6 Weeks)

Ready to get stronger? In this phase, we up the weights, lower the reps, and take longer rests and move to 7,000 daily steps. You’ll build the kind of strength that turns heads and boosts confidence.

Hypertrophy Phase (6 Weeks)

This is where the magic happens! Increase muscle size and definition with focused hypertrophy training. Daily steps? Now at 8,000! 

Pump Phase (4 Weeks)

FAQs

How do I get support?  

If you need help at any time you can ask questions in our Forum.    

Can I substitute exercises?  

You are more than welcome to substitute exercises as you see fit (especially if an exercise is uncomfortable or too challenging). However, we recommend running this program as written for optimal results.    

What if I can’t perform an exercise?  

If an exercise is too difficult or causes you discomfort – STOP. We recommend re-watching the demo video and if you are still experiencing difficulties do not continue. You’re welcome to ask for alternate exercise substitutions in the Forum.    

Who is this program for?  

This program is designed for men and women over 50 who are interested in building muscle and burning fat to improve their health and body composition. You do not need prior weight lifting experience.     

Will I need a gym membership?  

Yes, you will need access to a commercial gym or a very well-equipped home gym. If you’re planning on working out in your home gym, you’ll need the following equipment: rack, barbell & plates, adjustable bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machine, and long bands (super bands).    

Is this program designed for women?  

Yes! This program was designed for both men and women.    

I am a female but don’t want to get “bulky.” Is this program appropriate?  

YES! This program. Is designed to build muscle and burn fat to give you a lean, toned, athletic looking body. You will not get big and bulky following this protocol.    

What about cardio?  

This 24-week program does not include any specific cardio, but instead has a daily step goal associated with each of the workout phases. You are welcome to add additional cardio but note that excessive cardio will compromise your muscle building and fat loss goals.     

Should I be sore after exercising?  

While it’s perfectly normal to be a little sore after a workout, you should NOT be excessively sore after any of these workouts. A good rule of thumb is if you are still sore two days after a workout, your workouts are too intense, and you should consider backing off the intensity (see Rate of Perceived Exertion section of your welcome guide).
