A little over a decade ago I was in the worst shape of my life. I was overweight, sedentary, and stressed. I got winded walking up steps. I had no energy, I was irritable and cranky at home around my wife and kids, and my libido had all but vanished.
And as I looked around at my peer group – this seemed to be quite common. I knew there had to be something better. I wasn’t ready to accept that it’s “all downhill from here.”
I’ve spent the last decade of my life researching nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle on a quest for optimal health and vitality. And I found it! I am in the best shape of my life today in my late fifties – and I’m not sure the best isn’t yet to come!
