What kind of people should do this?  

This 21-Day Spring Break Summer Body Challenge is for ANYONE who is tired of being on the dieting merry-go-round, wants to learn healthy habits, and needs exercise and nutrition accountability.  If you want to optimize your metabolism, get strong and healthy, and live your best life doing it, then this is the place for you!

Is this challenge for everyone? 

YES! 100%.  Everyone with all experience levels are welcome to join.  Our planned workouts include instructional videos and built-in timers for ease-of-use.  Our coaching staff is here to answer any of your questions.

Do I need a gym membership to do this challenge?  

No.  We have three types of workouts to choose from:  Dumbbell and bands (geared towards beginners), Home gym (moderate experience, some gym equipment needed), and Gym (access to a full gym or a well-equipped home gym with some exercise experience).

What if my goal is not to lose weight, can I still do the challenge? 

Absolutely!  Our goal with this challenge is to provide accountability and motivation for daily exercise, good nutrition, and developing good recovery and mindset habits.  To optimize your metabolism while living your best life.

Do I have to pay for the challenge?  

NO, it is 100% free.  No strings attached. Period.  In fact, we will be giving away $500 cash to our winner, along with some fun giveaways each week.
